Training, swimming and a thunderstorm!

Hadn't seen Auntie Abbey for a week!


Karl, Emily, Jake, Abbey, Beau and I ran 9.5 early Saturday at Rocky Hill. Tough stuff!

All-Star Break!

Brad and Ronda were able to sneak home for 3 full days! All-Star break means season is half way done and Mom and Dad enjoyed some much deserved family time.



It's been a little under 4 months since they've seen each other!





So happy to see Papa!!!
