A wonderful weekend!

Morning kisses!

Speed demon James chasing his big sister on her bike!
This kid is getting faster by the day; Kensie couldn't be more excited that her brother is mobile.

The most special birthday gift in the world! Beau took the kids to Clay Cafe and made me a platter and coffee mug with the kids' hand and foot prints! LOVE. Such a creative gift! Thank you to Rochelle for helping with the chaos it took to make this happen : )

Kensie got some princess gear with mom when we went shopping for a few gifts we need the next month. Because she was such a great girl, mom splurged and got Kensie a little somethin'..

James is like, 'really mom? really?' Sorry James it's just too cute to make her stop.

She is wishing me into a frog.

Princess Kensie!

7 months old! We are almost a month late for his 6 month shots so we headed in to the dr. He is growing big and strong! 2 bottom teeth in and the 2 top are coming in soon!

Kensie desperately wanted to give me and Dr. Galindo a check-up. Note to all aunts, uncles, papas and nanas: anything that has to do with doctors or medical supplies would be a GREAT bday gift : )

Liking the mirror.

With his new crawl goin' on, he is bee lining to all dog toys laying on the ground. Gross James. But this picture is pretty darn cute!

My new kicks! Beau surprised me for my birthday with the new Mizuno Sayanaras. If you know me at all, you know my closet is half running shoes...slight obsession. These bad boys felt great on my tempo run before church this morning! Speaking of running, my stud husband busted out 15, yes FIFTEEN, miles this morning. He's passing me up!

Birthday morning snuggles! I am blessed beyond belief. These 2 make life soooo sweet.
Thank you everyone for making my 27th a very memorable and wonderful day!!! Especially, Beau, who make me pancakes, took me out and about and made the most amazing bday dinner for me. You are the best and I am so glad I get to do life with you!

Cross Country Gals

Abbey coaches the cross country team at CVC. She's amazing. I know.
This weekend, the girls team had a meet in Newport and Zabba invited me to come along!

3 of the girls, passed out, on the drive down.

The race was under the lights, hundreds of kids, and SOOOO many schools,

Coach Abbey, showing the girls the coarse pre-8:30 race.

Sisters! I had such a fantastic weekend with these girls and with Abbey...Getting the itch to coach...

Abbey and her girls! Up in the bleachers scoping out the finish line.

Warming up....

Just call me the bag lady.

But seriously, could I be wearing any more paraphernalia?

Let's do this.

And...they're off!!!!

They did INCREDIBLE!

Most beat their personal best and they won 2nd out of 27 teams in their race! We were SOOOO excited!!!!!!

Post race dinner at Denny's. 11:30 PM. Tired girls.

Run on the beach the morning after. Pure heaven; can't ask for anything better as a runner.

The day after the race, a day eating and shopping downtown at Huntington Beach.

Kisses for daddy!

Nugget has 2 teeth in and is doing the army crawl!
