A weekend at the PBR

Beau is REALLY into bulls and every year, the PBR comes to Glendale, AZ for the weekend during Spring Training. Beau got us tickets for both Saturday and Sunday. The first night, we attempted to take Kensie with the Baby Bjorn, not the stroller cause it takes up so much room. BAD idea. She screamed bloody murder for about an hour and then I gave up, went to the car and put her in her car seat. I walked her around and sat at a restaurant until the PBR was over. Not a great night. So, night 2, we decided to take her car seat and stroller in and I would just sit at the top. Worked wonderfully! Kensie was great, thank goodness...Beau met several people in the bull business this weekend and got to have a tour behind the scenes and stand above the chutes watching the riders. He had blast. He was also randomly asked by a guy in the lobby to participate in a promotional event down on the arena floor. "Who has the toughest job?" was what the promo was called. 3 guys randomly picked and the crowd had to decide whose job was toughest. The guy who worked on the railroad won BUT Beau gets to keep the really nice jacket they had him wear! A fantastic weekend we had : )
