Kensie is 2!

Our baby is no longer a baby. Ok, let's be realistic, she's been a little girl for a long time but 2 just feels officially 'big'. The last 2 years have been absolutely wonderful and she has been the biggest blessing to us!

Kensie and Beau helping me with her birthday cake!

We woke up and opened a present in bed before making birthday pancakes.

Love her!

The final product!

Got some really cute clothes and fun toys that should keep her occupied for a while : )

Jack really wanted to model kensie's new boots! Ha ha!

Happy Birthday to my munchkin!

Heating up before cooling off

It's been in the high 80s and tomorrow even the mid 90s before finally dipping into the 70s late this week. Yuck! Ready for Fall to officially be here! We have been trying to get out and do a few things in the mornings before it gets too warm.

Kensie's new obsession, bubbles!

A morning in the park yesterday

Papa and Grammy are home from Michigan! So glad they are back!

Definitely a boy and very healthy!

The ultrasound tech did a few 4d pictures of the baby for us. I'm not a huge fan of these, they are kinda creepy, but pretty incredible what technology can do!

There is no doubt we are having a boy! We are so thrilled! Let the name game begin : )

The Imagination Movers

Rochelle got tickets to see the Imagination Movers last night downtown at the Fox Theater. It's a show on Disney Junior and these 4 guys travel and perform and sing and dance the night away. The kids had a heck of a time! So fun to go outside of the box and take them to a show; need to do more things like this.

Garage sale!

Tyler Baxley is our good friend and his parents, Paul and Jacque are moving out of their house. Tyler just graduated and is thinking of teaching English in Spain for a semester.

To raise money for his trip, he asked to hold a garage sale at our house and sell his parents old things. Hosting a garage sale is a very good reason to go through all of your stuff and we were able to sell a ton of it!
Afterward, we headed up to Baxley's cabin for the afternoon.

Shooting cans with BB guns!

THIS IS NOT A REAL GUN! Just a light BB gun and we were watching her the entire time!

Kensie wanted in on all the action ha ha this kid is FEARLESS

Me and Kristen; love this girl!

The kids were brushing up on their fooseball ha ha

Some fun things!

Lots of great things going on in V-town! First, it's been scorching hot, like record hot. OVER. IT. But by Friday at least it will be in the 80s. Mom and Dad are in Michigan for 2 weeks and they sent some great pictures and it looks absolutely perfect there!

Brad bought bubbles and a rocket and they conquered the rocket in the backyard a few days ago and it thoroughly entertained Kensie and the boys.

Kensie got a big girl bed! And it's so wonderful! She loves it; it's so weird that she is no longer a baby but that another one is on its way soon : )

Dinner at Abbey and Jake's last night with Gramps and Maxine. A really great night with some awesome pictures of Kensie and Papa doing his famous 'de cop de cow' (pretty sure I spelled it wrong) but Gramps says its something to do with buying a cow. His dad did it to my mom and Gramps always did it to us kids and it is so special to see him with his great grandkids!

Makes my heart melt!!!
