I am fairly certain that Arizona during the months of Spring Training is the best place to be. It is quite idyllic. Sunny skies, no clouds, a light breeze, a good book and a pool is just about all I need to keep me happy (and unfortunately for Beau, he's been encouraging me to get some more because I am just a tad moody lately....sorry honey buns, it's the hormones talking)...Today, my good friend Dara laPorta is headed over and we plan on gettin' a little color and catching up; we haven't seen each other since last Spring Training! And yes, MOM, you'd be so proud because I am using SPF 70! Protecting the skin because we want to keep it nice and healthy but still enjoy the benefits of Mr. Sun. We have to let it all seep in 'cause the weather man is predicting rain tomorrow and Sunday...PS GOOD LUCK TO MY LADY CAVS TONIGHT-GO GET 'EM!!!

Exercise is the best medicine for a stable attitude. Glad to hear you are using spf70-make sure you get plenty on the back of your neck-we expect rain and a lot of wind sometime today and tonight- should make for an interesting Valley Championship Game-Love you-KADALAK
Oh well, we are the Valley Champs again for 2010!! A great game the 1st half we were up 3-0. The skies were balmy no rain and lovely temperatures. We clinched the game with a 5-0 victory WOW. Emily went down with a slight concussion with 4 minutes to go, a little scary, but she looks ok tonight! The skies opened up with a beautiful rain aabout 10:00p.m we are loving it! talk to you tomorrow
